Nokia 8.1 was to debut tomorrow, December 5, 2018 at the event in Dubai. It just so happens that the video promotions showing the smartphone in its full beauty is already on the web.
Nokia 8.1 – premiere
Nokia 8.1 is to be the next smartphone from HMD Global under the banner of the Finnish brand, which was to show its device tomorrow. We already knew a lot about the smartphone, but we have not seen it so much yet. It just so happens that someone wanted to unveil the secret from the official premiere , which will take place on December 5, 2018 in Dubai.
Nokia 8.1 – specification
Nokia 8.1 is actually Nokia X7, which was presented in China. The smartphone prides itself on a 6.18-inch LCD screen with Full HD + resolution. Under the hood will be an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with Adreno 616 GPU and support for 4 or 6 GB of RAM. The internal memory will be 64 or 128 GB with the possibility of using a microSD card up to 400 GB. Nokia 8.1 has a dual camera with a resolution of 12 megapixels and 13 megapixels and optical image stabilization. The front camera will receive a resolution of 20 Mpix. We will also be able to count on a 3500 mAh battery, support for Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, LTE with VoLTE, VoWIFI, GPS, NFC and Quick Charge. A fingerprint reader will appear on the back cover. There will also be a mini-jack or USB-C port.
Nokia 8.1 on video. Is it surprising?
Literally the day before the premiere, Nokia 8.1 appeared on the official video, which was published by the NPU website. In the film, we can see that it has a PureDisplay screen with a familiar notation, ie a notch in the screen. The display supports HDR10. In addition, the smartphone will be equipped with a dual camera and optics from ZEISS together with image stabilization. The creation of photos from the front camera will be assisted in turn by artificial intelligence. The operating system will be the latest Android, i.e. 9 Pie. Interestingly, however, the smartphone belongs to the Android One program, so it will be a clean system with the promise of regular and long-term updates. The last element of the puzzle is probably just the price. This still remains a mystery. We will not have to wait long to solve it. We expect that its price will be between 1500 and 2000 PLN. As you can see, it is not a flagship. The successor of the "eight" will not be a "weak" device. This is a typical average, which many should make happy, compromising. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RfCCL1aQ0Q Source
