My hands went to Nokia 6.1 (2018). I'm starting tests and in a few weeks I will know if it's the best smartphone with pure Android that you can buy for about 1000 PLN.
Nokia 6.1 (2018) has interested me since the premiere. At the same time it combines quite an "old-fashioned" approach to the design of the device (16: 9 screen and angular solid) and quite good components. The icing on the cake is of course belonging to the Android One program , although the Nokia 6.1 in my hands came with Android 8.1 Oreo. What can I say about it after 24 hours of use?
Is Nokia 6.1 (2018) a good smartphone with pure Android?

At the beginning I will start with paper specifications. Nokia 6.1 (2018) is powered by the Snapdragon 630 chip. It's a nice processor that does well in everyday work. Good enough that switching from Xiaomi POCOPHONE F1 was not particularly painful. Of course, much less power and double the amount of memory (Nokia 6.1 has 3 GB) makes itself felt. Applications load more often "cold", and everything happens with a slight delay, but in the end it is a comparison to one of the fastest smartphones on the market. But does this bother me in my daily work? Not really. Pure Android does not load components, and work in most cases is as smooth as possible. I could comfortably use all the applications that are necessary for me on a daily basis. And this is the most important thing on a smartphone that costs more than 1000 zlotys. I especially liked communication facilities. NFC is on board, and the quality of calls and coverage is exemplary. It's been a long time since I had a smartphone that would make phone calls so good . My worries are the battery capacity – 3000 mAh with a 5.5-inch screen do not announce a few days without a charger.
Cy worth buying Nokia 6.1 (2018)?
I will refrain from answering this question until the review is published. So far the first impressions are the most positive, and the smartphone did not disappoint me in principle. I have the biggest worries about the quality of photos in worse lighting conditions – even on a sunny day the autofocus in Nokia 6.1 can do at most on average. After dark it can be really bad.Who is Nokia 6.1 (2018) for? For anyone who appreciates the current version of Android and quick sharing of security patches. Certainly not a smartphone for players and people who use the smartphone for photography – for 1000 PLN you will find better photosmartphones. If you have any questions, then I cordially invite you to ask them under this entry.
