In the TENAA database appeared a smartphone very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition, but with a slightly different code name. Perhaps this is the Xiaomi Mi Note 4 / Mi Note 5, which will also be seen in the Explorer Edition. The only question is, what are the chances, if another Mi Note can again be a average?
Xiaomi Mi Note 3 was officially presented in September last year, so the moment is slowly approaching in which we should meet his successor. It is not known yet whether the premiere of Xiaomi Mi Note 4 is something certain. We are not even sure about the name of this smartphone, because due to local customs Xiaomi can jump one number and present Xiaomi Mi Note 5 . Perhaps a new lead in this device is the certification of the Xiaomi M1807E8A .
Xiaomi M1807E8A in TENAA
Unfortunately, this time TENAA did not give us the exact specification of the model M1807E8A, but only its pictures. However, they are extremely interesting, so it's worth to take a closer look at them (click to enlarge): As you can see, the phone in the photos is reminiscent of the Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer Edition , which was only recently sold in China. Both models have a similar code name (for Mi 8 EE it is M1807E8S), so this may be one of the variants of the flagship Xiaomi. There is also a chance that it is a completely different phone, only visually similar, namely Xiaomi Mi Note 4 (or Mi Note 5).
Mi Note 4 – what specification?
As I mentioned before, TENAA did not provide the Xiaomi M1807E8A specification. Perhaps it is a smartphone code- named Comet , which XDA discovered some time ago. If this is true, AMOLED screen with support for Always on Display, infrared sensor, Dual SIM, 3100 mAh battery and SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 will be on board . Snapdragon 710 is definitely above average for smartphones, which in terms of processor performance is racing even with the top, last year Snapdragon 835. After all, however, it is a unit for average people, so if the Xiaomi Mi Note 4 actually gets it, the Mi Note series already rather, it will forever lose its flagship status, giving way to the Mi Mix family . Of course, it is worth remembering that this is not official information. More will reveal TENAA, which in the next few days should complete the specification of the alleged Xiaomi Mi Note 4 on its website. Source: TENAA , MySmartPrice
