A lot of fans of OnePlus 6, who have been awaited by many fans, have had a slip-up, which may turn into a problem of a whole series of devices. A few smartphone users noticed the casing cracked in the back – the problem is that they did not drop the phone.

An unexpected flagship problem?

The phone may turn out to be a big surprise – but this time it is negative. Almost two months after the premiere and many positive reviews, information about its exceptionally weak back housing has begun to penetrate the network. The OnePlus 6 backpacks are made of glass, but the phone does not have inductive charging. Most likely, the creators have tempted to make a housing of this material, whereas glass is used in the top models of many other manufacturers, to which the OnePlus 6 is very similar. Could the creators, however, complain about the quality of the material from which their masterpiece was made?

At Reddit, a thread was created, suggesting that the housings of the latest OnePlus model break spontaneously. The creator of the post complains about damage to the glass back without dropping or physically damaging the smartphone.

The case is interesting because similar cracks, in almost identical places , were noticed by two other phone owners. The phone, which supposedly was supposed to lie motionless on a flat surface, was spontaneously damaged. What can happen due to mysterious cracks? It is not known yet. It can be a defect of only individual devices or even the entire model series. It is difficult to clearly say the problem after only a few cases noted. We are left to wait for the manufacturer's reference to the above-mentioned applications or further development of the problem – although we hope that the matter will be quickly resolved.
