Oppo F7 is to be the best selfie smartphone in the world. The 25 megapixel front camera, efficient components and a large AMOLED screen make it an interesting proposition. Is it worth to buy Oppo F7?
The phenomenon of selfie does not cease to amaze me. I will not say that I never do it, because sometimes silly moments of life are easier to grasp with the front camera. However, I have never been able to understand how it is that some manufacturers make the main advantage of their smartphone . I mean – it is clear to me. As long as someone wants to buy them, they have to be delivered to the market. But why does anyone want to buy them? This is a mystery to me.
What selfie smartphone to choose?
I already have a wish to take pictures of myself, it is worth choosing the equipment that will not make grainy photographs. So let's make sure that the front camera has a good matrix, refined software, the highest possible resolution (although this is definitely not a rule) and a clear lens. Does Oppo F7 meet these assumptions?
25 megapixels in the front camera
Well – it definitely has a lot of megapixels. The first condition is met, and it looks nice on the box. Speaking of it, this is how the package for this "selfiespecialist" will look like: https://twitter.com/Slashleaks/status/973140078586449920 Oppo has been promoting this type of smartphone for some time – a large screen, a good camera on the front, the rest irrelevant . I'm exaggerating, because the specification is not the worst, but the flagship is a bit lacking. If we talk about subassemblies, what will we find under the hood?
Oppo F7 specification
As for the processor, the proverbial grandmother bodes well for two. The options are as follows: MediaTek Helio P60 or Snapdragon 670. Both sound great – for a medium, and the power will surely not lack. 6 GB RAM to complete and everyone is happy. Since we have to "tick" hundreds of selfies in high resolution, we need a proper amount of space for data – here 128 GB. Even without the whole cover of the selfie smartphone, it looks at least satisfactorily.
Notch, notch everywhere
Sometimes I have the impression that notch is a taboo subject , which is not allowed to speak – as something very ugly. In fact, the beauty of this solution is doubtful, but it allows you to "cut" the bottom beam by a few millimeters. And that's enough for me to accept him as a necessary evil. Unfortunately, the screen that goes to Oppo F7 suffers from "too big chin". But it will be a very good screen. As you can see on the box, the notch is relatively small and reminds me of ASUS Zenfone 5. The display will have a large diagonal, because the rumors are talking here about 6.3 inches – it's the same as in the case of Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Certainly not it can be called a compact one, although the screen-to-body ratio is expected to be almost 90 percent. The reference to the Koreans is not accidental, because it is AMOLED with FullHD + resolution (19: 9 aspect ratio) . It is a pity that we do not know anything about the battery – a good link would be good for such a screen.
Is it worth to buy Oppo F7?
If only based on this information, then the answer for every fan (fan?) Of samoptrairs is: yes! The front camera should actually be one of the best, if not the best, on the market. The rest of the specification also looks good, and the screen on paper promises to be even better. It is a pity that we will not see him in official sales channels in Poland. Nothing, however, prevents you from ordering it from China – just like the phones from our TOP-10 smartphone from Gearbest. You will be able to do it from March 26 – when it will be officially presented. Source: SlashLeaks
