A press photo of the ASUS Zenfone 5 Lite smartphone went to the network. The company focuses on photographic solutions by offering four cameras. Will ASUS Zenfone 5 Lite be a good choice for selfie fans?
Among all those who "professionally" deal with providing us with pre-release information on smartphones, Evan Blass is probably the most effective. If you already share the leaks, they are usually checked. Thanks to that today we met another member of the Zenfone 5 family, ie the phones that ASUS will show in 2018 – most probably already on 27 February. ASUS Zenfone 5 Lite , because of it, will be a mid-range smartphone. The Taiwanese are consistently sticking to their policy of presenting a range of products around this segment. For the most demanding users there is usually only one model, which is equipped with top components. https://twitter.com/evleaks/status/962015577245073408 The main attention is given to middle-class and budget leaders – not without a reason. As usual, these models are the most popular, and the flagship rate is so tight that the next device has relatively little chance of sales success. So what will the public's attention be to attract Zenfone 5 Lite? Definitely photographic possibilities. The resolution of the matrix has long ceased to be a determinant of the quality of photos, but the cameras in this model are still impressive. You can see that this is the successor of the ASUS Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro model, which we tested in the pages of gsmManiaKa. In the new smartphone on the front there is space for a double unit with a resolution of 20 megapixels – the second lens will probably be put on a wide angle again. There will also be a light-emitting diode. Interestingly, the matrixes on the back have a lower resolution – 16 megapixels, which confirms my assumptions about the purpose of ASUS Zenfone 5 Lite for selfie fans. As for design, I would call it standard for the middle shelf in 2018. The screen has an aspect ratio of 18: 9 and FullHD + resolution, but the frames are not so thin again. The upper and lower beams are a bit too thick, but with this evaluation I will hold back until we know the price of the device. There is still room for a fingerprint scanner on the back. I must admit that I personally like ASUS 'approach to smartphone design. They consistently develop their own design, not taking much away from the competition – it can be seen, for example, after the model ASUS Zenfone 5, which will be slightly higher positioned.
