Sony Xperia XA1 Plus went on sale in Poland. Embargo Plus network has come to an end and the smartphone can be ordered in the first Polish stores. Does the Xperia XA1 Plus price encourage you to buy?

At the IFA 2017, Japanese company Sony showed three new smartphones. Soon after, they were sent to Poland, but only Xperia XZ1 was available in online and stationary stores. Meanwhile, Xperia XZ1 Compact and Xperia XA1 Plus were offered exclusively in the Plus network. The embargo has just come to an end – we have already written about the price and availability of Xperia XZ1 Compact, so now it's time for this second model. Zrzut ekranu (138) Sony Xperia XA1 Plus is now available in stores Komputronik , Karen and x-kom in which it is offered for 1,499 zlotys [CST_5 ]. There are three color options to choose from: black, blue or gold. Orders are to be processed from 08.01.2018 , the next Monday. What can we get for less than PLN 1,500?

Sony Xperia XA1 Plus – specification:

  • System : Android 7.1.1 Nougat;
  • Screen : 5.5 ", Full HD (1920 x 1080), IPS;
  • SoC : MediaTek helio P20, octa-core, up to 2.3 GHz, Mali-T880MP2;
  • RAM : 3 GB;
  • Memory : 32 GB, microSD up to 256 GB;
  • Camera : 23 MP, f / 2.0;
  • Camera : 8 MP;
  • Battery : 3430 mAh, fast charging Pump Express Plus 2.0, Qnovo;
  • Additional information : 4G LTE cat. 6, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 with aptX / A2DP, A-GNSS (GPS + GLONASS), USB type C, 3.5 mm jack connector, fingerprint reader, NFC;
  • Dimensions and weight : 155 x 75 x 8.7 mm, 190 g.

Sony Xperia XA1 Plus is a typical mid-range smartphone, although the profitability of its purchase in the free market is quite doubtful . The most regret is that we finally got the 3GB / 64GB version, which is the weakest possible. Large frames above and below the screen also do not impress. Although I am not a boundless fan of framers , but wasted space is definitely too much.

What is Xperia XA1 Plus defending? Undoubtedly, a battery with above average capacity and very solid communication facilities – you have not forgotten about NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi (greetings for Huawei Mate 10 Lite) or aptX codec. Is it worth buying Xperia XA1 Plus then? This is a question for you.
