November updates are coming soon to Samsung smartphones. It turns out that the mid-range devices will get the fixes first. This is the time when these smartphones sell off the Korean flag.
The Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) and Galaxy A5 (2017) were the first devices to receive security patches released in October – in this case the Koreans delivered faster updates than the flags . This month it looks like the case will be repeated. The latest information indicates that November security patches have begun to wreak havoc on the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017). I've been checking the notifications at home and I have not yet been able to download this software build. It is very possible that the update is limited to specific regions. The new version of the system for the Galaxy A5 (2017) has been labeled as A520FXXU2BQJ6. Compared to the October update, security patches for November are still taking up less space and solving problems with 61 vulnerabilities discovered and repaired by Google . Koreans in their overlay and system modifications themselves only corrected 6 specific errors . Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that this compilation will solve the most critical problem, namely the KRACK Wi-Fi error , which may cause data to be stuck when connecting to a wireless network. At this moment it is not known when the update for Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017) will appear in Poland. I suspect it will be like a month ago. You will have to wait for a few more good days. The update is distributed as OTA files. Source: SamMobile
