We know the price and appearance of the HTC U11 Plus. This is not a cheap flag

HTC U11 Plus leaked on the store page. We know its specification and price. We also learned a little more about the new color version of the HTC U11 Plus. Is it worth putting money on the HTC U11 Plus?

The HTC U11 Plus is on my list in 2018 one of the most hot items, it can only lose with the Razer smartphone. Now the information about him leaked on the Dutch store – the day before the official premiere we already know everything about him.

Specification worthy of the flag

If I wake you up in the middle of the night and ask for the 2017 flagship specification, how would you shoot the Snapdragon 835 and 6 GB RAM? The list of devices with such a duo is high: OnePlus 5, Xiaomi Mi6 and a whole lot of "Chinese". In this field HTC has not come up with a new wheel, but you have to give up that they have taken the best of everything. https://twitter.com/evleaks/status/925685495639740416 The specification complements 128 GB of user data, a 6-inch screen with 2K + resolution and a 18: 9 aspect ratio. Let us pause for a moment. It is not the most frameless again – Huawei Mate 10 Pro with the same diagonal is half a centimeter shorter. The HTC U11 Plus has dimensions of 158.5 x 74.9 x 8.5 mm and weighs 188 grams – it's 10 times more than Huawei, also made of glass. The more interesting things we can mention about Android Oreo straight out of the box and … a few months ago I would not believe it … big battery! 3930 mAh with support for high-speed charging technology from Qualcomm even with such a large screen should ensure good working time away from the socket. The fingerprint reader has come to my back, and my complaint about this trend has certainly already bothered you – calmly, I will stop as soon as he hits where his place – that is, built into the screen – I assume it will happen in 2018. Let's go to the theme of coloring on which Aleksander was yesterday.

New color version

Unfortunately, everything points to the fact that the wishes of my red-backed friend with transparent backs will not be fulfilled, or at least not quite. Visible on the render color I would call deep black.

But if we look closely at the render, we will see that the elements of the printed tiles are visible. Everything will be clear tomorrow. I am curious whether HTC will take such a bold step.

How much will it cost me?

Well, let's go to a much less pleasant part of the story. The price at the shop is 799 euros . It's the same as the mentioned Huawei Mate 10 Pro, which unfortunately in my opinion wins with the HTC model in advance – even without starting warm up. It has an OLED screen, a faster processor, probably longer support, a lower resolution screen (I am going to be an advantage, but not everyone must). But most of all, it has to compete with next year's flagship – not those that are already on the market, so in my opinion its price can be justified.

The price in Poland will naturally exceed 3000 zlotys and will reach some 3400-3500 zlotys. At this price will have to compete with the new iPhone 8 and 8 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 +. While compared to iPhones in my opinion very well, so in a clash with Korean models saves only a large link – and it may not be enough to sell well in the world. What do you think about the final shape of the HTC U11 Plus the day before its launch? Source: Belsimpel
