It is no accident that the quality of the lenses is judged by the prism of the amount and design of the lenses, because this element has a significant effect on the pictures. Thus, placing a lens on glass in a smartphone can significantly improve the color reproduction of photographs or ensure better light output.
Small matrix Sony
LG put on a proven matrix produced by Sony. We have the IMX351 sensor on the camera, although some models already have a slightly better IMX362. The resolution of the rear camera matrix is 16 Mpix. However, the problem is the size of the matrix. The manufacturer has used a 1 / 3.1 inch sensor , which is almost the smallest available on the market. And definitely one of the most important factors of the camera is just the size of the matrix. Small sizes mean that the size of a single pixel is 1μm, while in some models it is 1.12 μm or even more than 1.20 μm. Unfortunately, this may adversely affect the quality of the photos, especially their detail, but also deal with the worse. Although here should help very bright f / 1.6 lens.
