Orange brought good information. The operator has praised that he has finally prepared an application for (almost all) Android smartphone users who would like to use WiFi Calling.

For long time WiFi Calling service in Orange was only available for selected smartphones (Samsung Galaxy S8, S8 +, S7, S7 Edge, S6, S6 Edge and iPhone 7, 7 Plus, 6S, 6S Plus, 6, 6 Plus and SE) . This service is finally available to a wider audience. Orange has announced the availability of a special application for WiFi Calling in the Google Play store. Anyone with a smartphone running Android 5.0 Lollipop or later will be able to download and install it. This will take advantage of the ability to ring on WiFi networks. The installed application needs access to contacts and connections to a working WiFi network. After doing minor things, the icons for the orange headset, WiFi, and key will be used to indicate the service being used.

The rates for calls made through the WiFi Calling application are in accordance with the price list of the user's choice . The service will benefit from people who have a subscription or prepaid cards. In the latter case, however, you should pay attention to the lack of service activities abroad. If you are a Samsung Galaxy S8, S7 and S6 smartphone with WiFi Calling by the manufacturer or Orange, then it does not make sense to download the application as it will not work. Source: Orange
