The second episode of one of the most interesting smartphones last year went to GeekBench. We got to know the result of the performance test and we know what processor will be able to boast of the new Chinese flag.
You have to admit that the first Mi Mix from Xiaomi was a big surprise and turned into "fashion" for frameless equipment, which is now followed by a large number of manufacturers. The second generation of this smartphone hit a few days ago to GeekBench. Looking at the results and combining them with competing devices – I do not think there will be a surprise. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 scored 1,929 points in a single core test and 6,431 points in a multi-core test. The performance of this smartphone is matched to the unit marked as Qualcomm MSM8998, which is nothing more than just a Snapdragon 835 processor. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 will be available in a variant of 6 GB of RAM and Android 7.1.1 Nougat on board – unfortunately it is unknown whether the Chinese will choose to install MIUI 9 or will remain with the older version of the overlay. I suspect, however, that Mi Mix 2 will already be using completely new software. In terms of performance, Mi Mix 2 may not surprise us. What I'm counting on is the refreshing design of the device and the nicer application of this flag from the visual side. The first Mi Mix looked fantastic – the second smartphone in this series works the same person. Just keep your fingers crossed for this hardware to look as surprising as its predecessor.Source: GeekBench
