MediaTek officially introduced to its portfolio a new system MediaTek Helio P25, designed to work with dual cameras. It is composed of eight core Cortex-A53 @ 2.5 GHz and manufactured in 16nm.
MediaTek continues offensive on the processor market, is proud to offer a new system. MediaTek Helio P25 is designed for smartphones with a mid-range, which will be equipped with dual camera. The biggest advantage of Helio P25 is a new digital signal processor (12bit Dual ISP). It supports a single camera with a resolution up to 24 megapixels or dual 13-megapixel. It allows you to achieve shallow depth of field while ensuring speed image processing and reduce noise. MediaTek also claims that the digital signal processor ensures fast adjusts the exposure in all lighting conditions. When it comes to more mundane elements of technical helio P25, the new system is composed of Taiwanese ośmiordzeniowego processor clocked at a maximum of 2.5 GHz (Cortex-A53) and Mali graphics-T880MP2 @ 900 MHz.
