Samsung unveiled a new SoC – 7 Exynos 7570 Quad, which will be used in smartphones and tablets with a lower price range.
7 Exynos 7570 Quad been manufactured in 14-nanometer FinFET process technology. In the same process produced, among others, the most powerful SoC offer Koreans – 8 Octa Exynos 8890 SoC manufactured by Samsung Exynos has four 64-bit cores based on ARM architecture Cortex-A53. Generation of SoC in 14nm resulted in an increase in processor performance up to 70 percent and improve energy efficiency by 30 percent, compared to a system built on 28nm. Samsung Exynos 7570 Quad 7 is another integrated solution offered by Koreans, which combines the SoC and modem. Here applied LTE modem 2CA fourth category, which guarantee no data download at a maximum speed of up to 150 Mbps, as well as sending data at speeds up to 50 Mbps. There were also a Bluetooth module, WiFi, as well as GNSS – Global Navigation Satellite System. Smartphones and tablets equipped with the latest SoC Samsung will be able to view the content at a maximum resolution WXGA (1280 x 800 pixels), record and play videos in Full HD using the camera 13MP and webcam 8MP.
