Recent statistics from AdDuplex brought a surprise – the Lumia 520 has ceased to be the most popular smartphone operating under the control of the system. Which model is now at the top?
[CST_3 Statistics] analytical company AdDuplex present situation in the world of Windows Mobile and roughly similar to Google statistics relating to the shares of each build of Android – in short, not much has changed. In the last month it was similar, although one of the information is particularly noteworthy. One of the statistics applies popularity specific models of mobile Windows on board and it is in this aspect there has been a long-awaited changes – Lumia 520 is no longer the most popular smartphone running Microsoft's, because she had to give way to Lumii 535. Given date of disappearance of this device from the shelves must be said that its dominance lasted a very long time. In addition, this change may not be satisfactory for the manufacturer, as one of the cheapest smartphones has been replaced by another smartphone from the lowest shelf, and on these devices simply does not make money. The statistics still has not recorded any share of the smartphone, which appeared on the market with Windows Mobile 10 on board, but just to be expected, because Microsoft's latest quarterly results in terms of sales of Lumia smartphones were simply disastrous. Sam Windows 10 Mobile has strengthened since the last time by 1.5 percentage points, so under his control now operates 9.2% of all devices and, unfortunately, this is not a smashing result, taking into account to update older Lumii (though sadly without the generation x2x). Hegemon is Windows Phone 8.1, with a share of 79.1%. It is also worth mentioning that despite the appearance on the market of new smartphones with Windows Mobile 10 from the hand of several different manufacturers, it is still Nokia / Microsoft dominates in the statistics, with 97.3% of revenues.
