Orange has just published its financial results for the second quarter of 2014. Statistics show that for the "orange operator" was a pretty successful three months of activity.

In Q2 2014, Orange had 15 641 000 of active SIM cards, which represents an increase of more than 66,000 with respect to the first three months of this year. During the year, the number of customers increased by 514,000, in what largely due to the results nju mobile – same database subscriptions growth was estimated at 99,000. Growth also recorded percentage of people using mobile internet – in this case, there was a surge of customers at the level of 86,000, which gives the best result in the history of Orange. Downward trend once again maintain fixed telephony, although this trend rather one should not be surprising. The year-over-year, more than doubled the number of customers in Orange Open. Now for some data on the finances of the company: although net profit year on year increased by 23.4% (from 76 to 94 million net), the yoy revenue ratio fell by 5.4%. Also presents an interesting statistic ARPU (average revenue per subscriber) amounting to 32.1 zł – but compared to the first quarter of Orange reported a slight increase of 0.3 zł, in comparison to Q2 2013 decrease is significant: it is up to 4 1 zł less per customer.
