Series Samsung Galaxy Note is not a leciwych. Why, he's only three years, yet they have managed to gain cult status. What devices in the Galaxy Note afford it deserved? Is the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is actually the fastest and best phablet (or tabletofon – if you like) on the market?

Apparently imitation is the highest form of recognition. I think so, he thought Samsung looking at designing the iPhone and smartphones with the Galaxy S series … Such malice directed toward the Korean giant were the norm, but slowly go of the past. Samsung Galaxy S 4 is so successful device that quite a faux pas would be calling him a "miserable imitation". Relations between iPhones and smartphones with the Galaxy S series is one thing, but Samsung has devices that are clearly against Apple. This series of Galaxy Note, that the links between the world of conservative segment of innovative smartphones tablets.

Samsung Galaxy Note (N7000)

The first Samsung Galaxy Note was unveiled in September 2011 at the IFA in Berlin. No one foretold his bright career, especially looking at the size, which, coincidentally, at that time there had been unusual. Insensitive to sardonic smiles and whispers critics Korean giant has shown that is not afraid to make tough decisions. He released N7000 Galaxy Note can human on the market, and this place has won the hearts of consumers.

N7000 task was somewhat easier, because in 2011, yet no one even dreamed of phabletach. This word-monster is actually a neologism refers to a combination smartphone with a tablet (smartphone + tablet = phablet). These Polish counterparts, such as tabletofon or smartlet, but they sound worse than a pretty accurate "phablet". Phabletów came to be known as the machine with screens larger than 5 inches, which is still too small to pretend to be a classic tablets. And that's 5.3-inch Galaxy Note N7000 phablet became the first in the market. Production and larger screens quickly become a trend today – two years after the presentation N7000 – standard forms have even device 6-inch tablet is still not known. Sam N7000 at that time was highly innovative hardware. The first officially presented to the device, note was equipped with a Super AMOLED HD screen with a resolution of 1280 by 800 pixels. Super AMOLED AMOLED compared to guarantee a 20% increase in brightness of the screen, reducing the reflection of sunlight by 80% and minimize energy consumption by 20%. Generated by the matrices Super AMOLED images more vivid, juicy and – as pointed out by their opponents – more unnatural. The N7000 uses integrated graphics ARM Mali 400 MP4, which allowed you to play and record video in 1080p. It is worth noting that in 2011, it was quite an achievement. First Note was 16 or 32 GB of built-in storage space, which the user can additionally expanded with additional microSD memory cards (up to 32GB). Phablet is equipped with 1 GB of memory, which for a long time, it was enough for a comfortable use of the gadget. N7000 at launch was managed by Android 2.3.5, but gained an update to version 4.0.4, and even Google's 4.1.2 system, the Korean giant has installed proprietary TouchWiz 4.0 overlay. The biggest advantage of the first Galaxy Note can human was included in the kit, hidden in a special compartment S Pen stylus. With it, you can handle phablet, edit photos, sketching, and above all – take notes. Handwritten text recognition even if there was a high level, but in the next generation Samsung has significantly improved. About the S Pen stylus could become a separate article, and still do not understand that someone who has never had it in hand. Before Galaxy Note N7000 no consumer equipment on this scale did not use the digital pen.

Samsung Galaxy Note II

Samsung Galaxy Note II (N7100) appeared less than a year after the release of N7000 and was a classic example of a successful sequel. This is actually the first Galaxy Note on lifting the housing, with stronger components and improved stylus. The equipment was presented at the IFA 2012.

Note II prototype for a smartphone Galaxy S III. As S III, Note II had smoothed the base of which were in stark contrast to the first generation of the device. Samsung's designers opted out of the rough, uneven back flip screen for a more smooth and slippery material. This was not the end of a successful move, because in certain situations, Note II liked to slip out of your hand. Galaxy Note II, equipped with a Super AMOLED HD screen with a diagonal measurement of 5.55 inches. Although it was technically superior to the display element predecessor, the few nuances of tone and the same resolution (1280 x 720 pixels) meant that you did not feel much difference with respect to the model N7000. New screen clearly but consumes less energy, which translates into a significantly better battery life. YouTube Preview Image Note II was (actually it is, because it still boasts the number of users in the world) driven by a quad-core Samsung Exynos 4412 processor with 1.6 GHz clock frequency. On board there were also space for 2 GB of RAM, Mali 400 graphics MP4 and 16/32/64 GB of internal memory. The device is running Android 4.1.2 with proprietary TouchWiz Nature UX overlay. In the S Pen stylus also necessary improvements were made without a new wheel design. The most important change was better handwriting recognition and the ability to use a digitizer to preview the contents of folders and even receive phone calls. Such functionality has still not found in any other device on the market.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3

In accordance with the law of the series, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 have to appear in autumn 2013, the equipment was presented on the eve of the IFA in Berlin as the successor of the popular model Note II. Note 3 at the moment is absolutely the most powerful smartphone / phablet on the market, not only in terms of performance, but also the opportunities that lie dormant in him.

The Galaxy Note 3 Samsung went a step further and decided to make an even bigger screen. 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display running at a resolution of Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) and produces images with amazing detail. 16.7 million colors does not reflect the full potential of that matrix. The third generation of Samsung phabletu further improved stylus S Pen (efficient handwriting recognition or dorysowywanie "background" items displayed on the screen), and applied a unique back cover housing. It is in fact modeled on the skin with special obszyciami. However, closer to her than even the plastic imitation leather. Like the Galaxy S 4, Note 3 is available in two versions with different processors. Model N9000 is powered by a Samsung Exynos 5420 system. It is ośmiordzeniowy processor consisting of four Cortex-A15 cores clocked at 1.9 GHz and 4 units of Cortex-A7 with 1.3 GHz. In addition to equipment with a proprietary processor, the Samsung "had" to release the model with the famous Snapdragon 800, which includes four 400 Krait cores clocked at 2.3 GHz and Adreno 330 GPU Korean manufacturer has chosen a safe option, because through such a move is and phablet with its own processor, and the version of the highly acclaimed in all the benchmarks, the latest Qualcomm. YouTube Preview Image Other technical specifications of Galaxy Note 3 has not changed all that much compared to its predecessor. On board there were some 2 GB of memory, 16/32/64 GB of internal memory and the camera with a resolution of 13 Mpix. Phablet has built-in Bluetooth version 4.0, which allows you to transfer data at speeds of 24 Mb / s Note 3 has a battery capacity of 3200 mAh, enough for more than 10 hours of talk time or 750 hours standby. The third generation Note can human has installed Android 4.3. Series Galaxy Note, though only two years on the back of the neck, is quite a long way behind. As a person who has benefited from all the Note can human generation, I still can not get over the latest phabletu Samsung. Note 3 is a superb device, which lacks perfection perhaps only a little less stamped design. Everything else – the performance, the battery life, and excellent stylus – works perfectly. Galaxy Note is a series that has forever changed the face of the IT industry and something that Samsung may (and should) be really proud of.
